Institute of Social Pediatrics in the Community Training Portal

A powerful, custom-built learning environment for social pediatrics professionals.

Project presentation

I have been responsible for the design, development and management of the Institute of Community Social Pediatrics (ICSP) online training ecosystem for over a decade. The mandate was to transform an ambitious idea - to meet the training needs of social pediatrics professionals across Canada and become the world reference in the field - into a functional, bilingual and credible platform for training thousands of professionals in the health, legal and social services fields.

The result is a robust WordPress/LearnDash/BuddyBoss-based architecture capable of handling course sales, subscriptions, complex professional accreditations, and supporting an active community of learners while minimizing production and maintenance costs. This experience has given me a complete mastery of engineering and managing a large-scale institutional LMS.
