This immersive module puts you in the shoes of a school principal facing a crisis involving a child in distress, a defensive mother, and an overwhelmed teacher. The objective is to introduce and practice active listening techniques in a conflict situation. The path is designed to model the real world: success depends not only on the theory learned, but also on the ability to use clues collected during complex conversations to unlock the speech of a non-verbal child.
